Shipping Charges

  • Orders below Rs. 2,999: Delivery Charge Rs. 249

  • Orders of Rs. 2,999 and above: FREE Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

For certain high-value orders, our customer support team may contact you for order verification before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:
