At Easy Cart PK, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Wrong product was delivered.

  • Product received is incomplete or missing parts.

  • Product significantly differs from the description shown on our website.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases.

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products showing signs of use after delivery.

  • Personal care, hygiene, or consumable items where applicable.

Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product Photos

  • Packaging Photos

  • Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund may be issued.

Refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash

  • Easypaisa

  • Store Credit (where applicable)

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect item sent

Easy Cart PK will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refusal of delivery without a valid reason may affect eligibility for future COD orders.

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
